Spring has sprung on the Lower East Side, re- introducing our neighborhood's unique tastes, scents and sights, with everything from chile- flavored gelato to the hottest spring fashions, to the coolest bustling streets and much, much more. We hope you enjoy our revamped e-newsletter and look forward to seeing you soon.

Finally emerging from their winter slumber, thousands of bright red tulips now add a much-needed spot of spring color to Delancey's bustling street. Courtesy of the Lower East Side BID, several thousand bulbs were planted on the street's median in the dark days of November, and are now welcoming the warmer weather to our streets. Part of our overall effort to beautify the neighborhood, we are looking forward to additional attractive planting in this often overlooked greenspace.
